Requests for enhancements and Feedback
TMpro currently provides some features that go beyond TM prediction by
our method. It allows the user to input
features of a protein sequence and visualize them together with the predictions
by TMpro. For example,
users can choose to enter hydrophobcity values, features such as yule values,
mutual information, or even
predictions by other methods. The input features are then displayed together.
User can then choose to view
only a selection of the available features for visual analysis of the different
characteristics of the protein sequence.
